On Tuesday I called your Tustin location and tried to see if I there was openings (i was driving). The person said I had to check in online. How can I do this and drive at the same time? I came to your infamous website to see about appointment for tomorrow and your website does not allow me to "check in" for any day but today??? You asked me to use technology and then you don't support me when I access it. What happened to old fashion barber shops where you just showed up. The last time I showed up prior to covid they worked in 3 slackers who didn't have the time to wait "checked in" and was handled before me. I tried to use your website and I can't get in. What a disappointing way to get a haircut. Your store and website both are lacking in customer service.

While my haircut was what I asked for, the barber somehow managed to cut up the back of my neck with clippers. It is bloody and I have never had a worse experience with a barber. I will never come back to this one and I recommend you do the same. The barber herself also seems to be dropping things on the floor - I washed out the wound, but this is dangerous, it’s how many diseases spread (HIV, hepatitis, Fungla infections, etc)
