Well I came in just for a simple clean up on my sides and specifically told the ma’am to not touch the top of my head as I’m growing out my hair the lady started off good then she gradually worked her way up then started to ask me about how short I want the top and I said no I want to leave it alone then she continues to gradually pinch my hair and says I’m going to make it straight I looked and her and said nah and she just did it and through the cut she would clean the sides then gradually cut more and more off the top of my head and ruined my whole growth progression from the pass two months and it just upsets me will not be returning
